ALIZÉ is Cirque du Soleil’s first resident show in Europe and the first to fuse acrobatics with magic. Four unconnected characters meet and take the audience on an immersive journey into the invisible. More information about the show can be found here.

The performance runs approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, including a 25-minute intermission.

The show captivates above all through its powerful visual storytelling. Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ is designed for an international audience – no language skills are required.

Like most Cirque du Soleil shows, Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ offers entertainment for the whole family, starting from age 3. Unfortunately, the show is not suitable for children aged 2 and under. Children aged 3 and older require their own seat. We offer a 20% discount for children up to 16 years of age. Please note that the show includes loud sounds and some dark scenes. For guests who are sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing ear protection. A limited number of booster seats are available at the entrance.

Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ is a permanent production performed exclusively in Berlin at the Theater am Potsdamer Platz.

Yes – we offer reduced ticket prices for children and teenagers up to 16 years of age, as well as for pupils, students, and trainees. Seniors aged 65 and over are also eligible for discounted tickets. The exact price depends on the selected seating category. Discounts must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be applied later. Valid proof of eligibility must be presented at the entrance. Yes – guests with an officially recognized disability of 70% or more are eligible for a discounted ticket. If the pass includes a “B” designation, an accompanying person also receives the reduced rate. The final ticket price depends on the selected seating category. The discount must be selected during the purchase process and cannot be applied later. Valid proof of eligibility must be presented at the entrance. Tickets for wheelchair users and their accompanying person can only be purchased by contacting customer support.

There is no end date for Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ. Additional performances beyond the current booking period will be released gradually. Due to the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), there will be a multi-week show break from January 25 to March 13, 2026. Tickets for Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ are generally tied to the selected show date. However, with the Flex Ticket Upgrade (€9.90 per ticket), you may rebook to a different show up to 72 hours before the original performance, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid. Here’s how to rebook with the Flex Ticket Upgrade: Purchase new tickets via the official ticket shop. Submit a request here, including both your old and new order numbers. Your original booking will be canceled and refunded.

Guests may enter the theatre foyer one hour before the show starts. The magical world of Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ begins right there – with immersive themed elements and surreal discoveries.

Photography and filming are not permitted. The magic of Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ lives in the moment – it is meant to stay within the theatre and surprise every guest anew.

Bags up to A4 size are permitted inside the theatre. For security reasons, backpacks and larger bags are not allowed. Large jackets, bicycle helmets, and umbrellas must be checked at the wardrobe for a fee. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

A €3 fee applies for coat check. The Theater am Potsdamer Platz is cashless – payment is only possible by card. The wardrobe is located in the theatre foyer.

The Theater am Potsdamer Platz operates cash-free. Payments can be made using all major debit and credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Yes – a selection of drinks and snacks is available at the Theater am Potsdamer Platz. Bars are located in the theatre foyer and on levels 1-4. Please note: the Theater am Potsdamer Platz is cashless – payment is only possible by card.
