Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ Celebrates 500,000 Tickets
Sold and Announces New Season!
Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ has reached a major milestone: The 500,000th ticket for the spectacular show at Theater am Potsdamer Platz has been sold. The ticket went to a family with children who, following their visit to the show, were surprised with a symbolic commemorative gift and a special photo with the cast and crew of ALIZÉ.
The family was visibly overwhelmed by the spontaneous celebration and the magical moment on stage. Since its premiere, Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ has captivated audiences from Berlin and around the world. As Cirque du Soleil’s first European residency, the production was specially created for Theater am Potsdamer Platz and combines world-class acrobatics with magic for the first time.
Led by its central character, Alizé, the audience is taken on a journey into a poetic dream world beyond the visible, experiencing a breathtaking live show that extends high above the audience and unfolds entirely without words.
Following the overwhelming response, Cirque du Soleil and Live Nation Theater are announcing the next season of ALIZÉ, extending through the end of 2027. General ticket sales for the new shows will begin on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at alize.show.
Audiences can look forward to spectacular acrobatics, astonishing magic, and a unique live experience in Berlin again next year.
And there is another reason to celebrate: in early November, Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ will mark its first anniversary at Theater am Potsdamer Platz. Details of the ensemble’s plans for this special occasion will be announced soon.
