Terms & Conditions

1. The organizer of this raffle is Live Nation Theater GmbH, Mörikestraße 14, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter: "Live Nation" or "Organizer"). The raffle is not part of the Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram network and is neither offered, supported, organized, nor reviewed by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

2. By participating in the raffle, i.e. by registering for the newsletter during the participation period, participants accept these terms and conditions.

3. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

4. Participation is possible from March 14, 2026, 7:00 PM until March 27, 2026, 12:00 PM. Anyone who registers via the link (https://www.alize.show), subscribes to the newsletter, and thereby takes part in the promotion during the participation period is eligible to enter.

5. From all participants, the organizer will randomly draw one winner who will receive 2 tickets to a performance of the show Alizé in Berlin (Theater am Potsdamer Platz), including a train journey (2nd class, to and from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) and one overnight stay (in a hotel selected by the organizer). The drawn participants will be notified by email from March 30, 2026, and will be asked to respond to the organizer by April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM at the latest, providing their full name, address, and preferred date. If no response or only an incomplete response is received within this deadline, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

6. All costs not expressly included in the tickets, train journey, or provided overnight stay are the sole responsibility of the participant (including, but not limited to, phone costs, etc.). Any travel to and/or from a train station and/or additional overnight stays are to be arranged and paid for by the participant at their own expense. The organizer provides no guarantees or assurances regarding the nature, quality, or suitability of the prizes. The prize may differ from any image shown in the competition. A cash payout of the ticket values, train journeys, or overnight stay, or an exchange of tickets, train journey, or overnight stay is not possible. The claim from the raffle is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Should the show not take place or not take place as planned, the organizer reserves the right to exchange the announced prizes and replace them with other prizes of equivalent value, to change the course of the competition, or to cancel the competition entirely. In such cases, any winners already determined shall have no claims against the organizer or any legally affiliated companies.

8. The organizer is liable without limitation for injury to life, body, and/or health, as well as for the breach of a material contractual obligation (also: "cardinal obligation"). Otherwise, the organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer or one of its legal representatives or vicarious agents. This limitation of liability applies in particular, but not exclusively, to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, disruptions to technical systems or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, and viruses. The organizer accepts no liability for material and/or legal defects in the prizes. The organizer also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of tickets during postal delivery or non-receipt of emails. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected. In the event of liability, the organizer's liability is limited in amount to damages that were typically foreseeable at the time of participation.

9. Personal data submitted by participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this raffle. After the raffle has ended, all personal data of participants stored by the organizer will be deleted. Our privacy policy applies. In the event that the provision of tickets is handled through third parties, the organizer is entitled to pass on the participant's contact details to the respective third party in order to facilitate the provision of the tickets.

10. The organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and/or to end the raffle for good cause. This applies in particular when proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons, or when any difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the raffle. In such a case, the participant shall have no claims against the organizer.

11. The conduct of this raffle does not obligate the organizer to regularly conduct a comparable raffle. Legal recourse is excluded.

12. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall not be affected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. German law applies.
