1- The organizer of this raffle is Live Nation Theater GmbH, Mörikestraße 14, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Live Nation” or “Organizer”). This raffle is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram
2- By participating in the raffle, i.e. by subscribing to the newsletter during the participation period, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
3- Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Only one entry per participant is permitted.
4- Participation is open from March 14, 2026, 7:00 PM until March 27, 2026, 12:00 PM. Anyone who registers via the link (https://www.alize.show) and subscribes to the newsletter during this period will be entered into the raffle.
5- One winner will be randomly selected from all participants. The prize consists of 2 tickets to a performance of Alizé in Berlin (Theater am Potsdamer Platz), including a round-trip train journey (2nd class from within Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) and one overnight stay in a hotel selected by the organizer. Winners will be notified by email starting March 30, 2026, and must respond by April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM at the latest, providing their full name, address, and preferred performance date. If no response or only an incomplete response is received within this timeframe, the prize claim will be forfeited.
6- Any costs not explicitly included in the prize (tickets, train journey, overnight stay) are the sole responsibility of the participant. This includes, but is not limited to, communication costs. Travel to and from the train station and any additional overnight stays must be arranged and paid for by the participant. The organizer provides no guarantees regarding the nature, quality, or suitability of the prize. The prize may differ from any images shown. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
7- If the show does not take place or does not take place as planned, the organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value, modify the raffle, or cancel it entirely. In such cases, winners shall have no claims against the organizer or affiliated companies.
8- The organizer shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”). Otherwise, liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the organizer, its legal representatives, or agents. This limitation applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, technical malfunctions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. The organizer assumes no liability for defects in the prize or for loss/damage of tickets during postal delivery or failure to receive emails. The German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Any liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical at the time of participation.
9- Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle. After completion, all stored personal data will be deleted. Our privacy policy applies. If third parties are involved in prize fulfillment, the organizer may share participant contact details with them for this purpose.
10- The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or to terminate the raffle for good cause. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons or if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity of the raffle. Participants shall have no claims in such cases.
11- The organizer is not obligated to conduct similar raffles in the future. Legal recourse is excluded.
12- Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intended purpose. German law shall apply.
