Terms and Conditions of Participation
1. The organiser of this prize draw is Live Nation Theater GmbH, Mörikestraße 14, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter: “Live Nation” or “Organiser”).
2. By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation.
3. The prize draw is open to natural persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Each person may participate only once.
4. Participation is possible from 20 October 2026, 00:01 to 29 October 2026, 23:59. Anyone who registers to participate via commenting under the following Instragram Post during this participation period may take part.
5. One winner will be drawn at random by the Organiser from among all participants. The prize applies to the winner and one companion and comprises: (a) 2 tickets for the anniversary show of Alizé on 5 November 2026, starting at 18:30, at Theater am Potsdamer Platz, Berlin, including VIP access to the pre-show party (admission from 16:00) and to the after-show party with drinks and finger food at the PunchL!ne Club; (b) return flights for 2 persons in Economy Class from an airport within Germany to Berlin (outbound flight on 5 November 2026, return flight on 6 November 2026); (c) one night’s accommodation for 2 persons in a double room from 5 to 6 November 2026 in a hotel near the theatre selected by the Organiser. Flights and hotel will be booked exclusively by the Organiser. There is no entitlement to a specific airline, flight time, departure airport or hotel. The companion must be at least 18 years of age at the time of travel. The prize is tied to the date stated above; if this date cannot be taken up, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
6. The winner will be notified by e-mail on 30 October 2026 and asked to contact the Organiser within 48 hours of receipt of the notification, providing their full name, address, date of birth and telephone number, as well as the full name (as stated in the identity document) and date of birth of the companion and the preferred departure airport. If no response or only an incomplete response is received within this period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and the Organiser shall be entitled to draw a substitute winner.
7. All costs that are not expressly part of the tickets, the flights or the accommodation provided shall be borne solely by the winner or the companion (in particular, but not limited to, transfers, food and drink outside the VIP parties, additional baggage, telephone costs, etc.). Travel to and from the departure airport, transfers in Berlin (airport – hotel – theatre) and any additional overnight stays shall be organised by the winner and the companion themselves at their own expense. The winner and the companion are responsible for holding valid identity documents. The Organiser gives no guarantees or assurances with regard to the type, quality or suitability of the prizes. The prize may differ from any image shown in the prize draw. A cash payment of the prize or an exchange of the tickets, flights or accommodation is not possible. The claim arising from the prize draw is not transferable.
8. Should the show not take place or not take place as planned, or should flights or hotel rooms not be available on the stated date, the Organiser reserves the right to exchange the announced prizes and replace them with other prizes of equal value, to change the procedure of the prize draw or to cancel the prize draw altogether. The Organiser accepts no liability for delays, cancellations or changes to the flights (e.g. due to strikes, weather or operational reasons on the part of the airline); in this respect, the conditions of carriage of the respective airline apply. Any winners already determined shall have no claims whatsoever against the Organiser or against companies legally affiliated with it in these cases.
9. The Organiser shall be liable without limitation for injury to life, body and/or health and for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (also: “cardinal obligation”). In all other respects, the Organiser shall only be liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Organiser or one of its legal representatives or vicarious agents. The above limitation of liability applies in particular, but not exclusively, to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, malfunctions of the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. The Organiser is not liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the prizes. The Organiser also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of the tickets in the post or the non-receipt of e-mails. The provisions of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remain unaffected. In the event of liability, the amount of the Organiser’s liability shall be limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time of participation.
10. The personal data submitted by participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this prize draw. After the end of the prize draw, all personal data of the participants stored by the Organiser will be deleted. Our privacy policy applies. The Organiser is entitled to pass on the data of the winner and the companion required for booking and processing to the third parties involved (in particular the airline, hotel, travel service providers and ticketing partners) so that flights, accommodation and tickets can be booked or provided.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and/or to terminate the prize draw for good cause. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons or if any difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the prize draw. In such a case, participants shall have no claims whatsoever against the Organiser.
12. The holding of this prize draw does not create any obligation on the part of the Organiser to hold a comparable prize draw on a regular basis. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
13. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. German law applies.
